We had a king room, which was modern and well-appointed. Location: the hotel was next to stores and restaurants, sightseeing, and Abilene, TX. We found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Chicken Express that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

I really liked the friendly, helpful staff and delicious breakfast.
The wi-fi did not connect properly and the shower was a very slow drain.

Booked a king suit and got a queen size bed. They discounted us a whole 10 dollars for the unconvenience

The woman at the counter checking me in (her shift was til 11 that night, if that helps with a name) was WONDERFUL. So cheery and gracious. Got me a glass glass from next door for my Scotch and quieted a very noisy guest above me quickly.
A dirty swimsuit from the previous guest fell on me as I opened the shower curtain. The little coffe trays for the coffee maker were already opened and empty. : (. No coffee for me.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful
The family with 11 kids that took over the pool, brought a cooler with drinks to the pool and was grilling outdoor outside of the pool area. They went back and forth from outside to inside and had the door propped open.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean room upon arrival. Easy to find where things were in hotel. Hotel offers pack and play for babies which is a must for us. Beds were comfortable.
The room was a lot smaller than expected especially with a pack and play for our baby. Housekeeping during stay was mediocre at best. Some issues with air conditioning, not horrible just had to keep temperature very low to cool room off. With that said it is Texas in summertime. Location was a little annoying, felt really closed in.

The manager the night we stayed was extremely nice. Loved the staff
Most of my time spent was being upset because the pool messed up my wedding rings...but the manager was so nice and took my ring to jewelry store and got it cleaned and buffed...which was free because I bought my set there...but she was very sweet and my rings look beautiful again...just didn't feel a great time like expected because of the pool and staying most my time in the office

The staff was very sweet and helpful. Patricia went out of her way to bring us an extra ice bucket, because we didn't see the one in our room, but it was there. The rooms were very clean and modern. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great with many choices. Pool towels were provided. IN-DOOR pool was in great condition, clean and the reason we chose this hotel. Excellent location. Plenty of parking. Very quiet in the rooms, even though there were many families with small children, including ours. We felt safe coming back very late after the drive-in movies. We will be staying here every trip we make to Abilene. Thank you so much for being apart of our weekend getaway.
We didn't get to spend too much time in the pool. We were afraid the abundance of chlorine in the pool would melt our eye brows off.

People and breakfast
They did not have us in a two queen bed room, which we had reserved on line for two days. They staff was able to get us into a two queen room, but rolled forward our stay as being only one day. The next day after our being interupted by cleaning staff, we got the front desk staff extend our stay to our original two day stay.

Nice & comfy stay!
Loved the hot chocolate bar in the lobby-such a cozy touch! My room was clean and comfy. Only thing was the breakfast area felt a lil crowded in the mornings, but that's nothing major. Great choice overall!
